Do I have to do any development or coding myself?

No, We do all the development work for you. When we are done if you are interested in learning how to use your website and build on it, we can support with that as well.

What if I need more revisions?

We include one round of revisions. This is because we already created templates that are designed to help you generate leads, get your brand online and build upon as your business grows. If you are still not pleased with your final product we can do more changes, but additional costs will be included.

Can I extend the week if I need more time?

No, our process is set up that we can not start your build week until we have all your content uploaded to your project folder. Once the build week starts we can guaranty the site is live within one week.

What platform do you use to build the website?

We use WordPress. This is because we feel its the best platform to grow your business. It over the most flexibility, tons of plugin and a very easy to use backend for managing your website. We have years of experience building websites and used many platforms. Nothing out there does a better overall job then WordPress.

Do you include hosting and emails?

Yes, we set up hosting for you. Your price includes 1 year of hosting. We also set up one email address for you , but your will have access to set up additional emails at no extra cost.

Can I get an eCommerce shop?

Yes, we have options for adding an e-commerce shop to your store. You can choose between up to 5 products and up to 10 products. Once you make your purchase your project manager will work with you to set up the store and enter all the necessary details (ie. shipping, payment processors, taxes and product descriptions).

Do I have to pay the full amount upfront?

Yes, all payments are taken online and must be approved before your project can be begin.

How many website pages do I get?

Your website comes with 5 pages. Home, About, Services, Contact and a Blog. The blog page can be changed to another content page if you would like. Additional pages can be added and purchased on the sign up page.

What will the final website include?

The final include a responsive design that works on all devices and browser, WordPress set up, 5 web site pages, SEO integration, your branding integrated (colours, fonts and images) and Google analytics integration.

Do you offer custom design work?

Yes, we can help customize your website by adding unique graphics, customize page layout and sections and design your websites to include amore unique look to your business. Purchase the customize design option on the sign up page under Add ons.

What if I don't upload my content in time?

If you book you build week and don’t upload your website copy on time. Your copy must be uploaded 2 days before your build week starts. This is to give our team enough time to review your content and make sure it is ready for the build week. There will be a rebooking cost of $250 to rebook your build week. This is to ensure customers stick to there selected week.
